Scope and permitted access
Effective October 3, 2026. These terms describe the permission offered for viewing the RCS Intelligence™ public teaser. You may view the site and interact with its illustrative preview for personal evaluation or internal business evaluation, subject to applicable law and the rights described here.
Acceptance
Before opening the teaser, you are asked to read these terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Intellectual Property Notice, check the agreement box, and select Accept and view preview. If you do not agree, do not open the preview. Legal notices remain available without accepting. The acknowledgement applies to this viewing session.
Preview only
The preview uses sample information. It does not connect to your CRM, send email or SMS, approve real transactions, or provide a production AI service. Features, appearance, timing, and availability may change. The teaser makes no promise of a launch date, integration, service level, or product capability.
Copying and misuse
Except with prior written permission, under an applicable third-party license, or as otherwise permitted by law, do not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create a cloned site using protected RCS content, logo artwork, original visual compositions, animations, or proprietary code. Do not remove rights notices, misrepresent affiliation, use confusingly similar branding, or present RCS material as your own. Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access. These restrictions do not override fair use, lawful quotation, accessibility rights, or other mandatory exceptions.
Ownership and licenses
Rights in original RCS materials are reserved to their respective rights holders to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own ownership and licenses. No ownership interest or brand license is granted by making this teaser publicly available.
