Scope
Effective October 3, 2026. This policy describes the public RCS Intelligence™ coming-soon website and its illustrative Brain™ preview. It does not describe a launched customer platform.
Information in the preview
The preview uses fictional sample records. Questions and edits made inside this demonstration are handled in the browser; the teaser has no account registration, mailing-list form, payment checkout, or real CRM upload service. Do not enter confidential, personal, or customer information into the demonstration.
Preview acknowledgement
The preview requires an explicit acknowledgement before its animation loads. Your acknowledgement is held only in the current page’s browser memory; this gate does not create an account, store a persistent acceptance cookie, or send an acceptance record to an RCS database. Reloading the page asks again.
Technical information
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, requested pages, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Their applicable policies and service arrangements govern provider processing and retention.
Cookies and analytics
The teaser uses the necessary rcs_privacy cookie, lasting up to 180 days, to remember your Allow, Deny optional, or customized choice. With Saved preferences enabled, rcs_preview_speed in browser local storage remembers your playback speed until cleared or you deny optional storage. Google Analytics and Google Ads consent choices are prepared, but those accounts are not yet connected and no analytics or advertising tags currently run. If connected, analytics and advertising storage must remain disabled until you permit the corresponding category. The policy and consent notice will be updated before activating those services. Hosting services may use necessary technical mechanisms. Your edits and the terms acknowledgement remain temporary page state. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw optional storage permission. Denying optional storage deletes the saved preview speed.
Use and disclosure
Technical information may be used for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. This teaser does not implement a sale or advertising-sharing program for visitor information. Necessary processing by hosting providers is distinct from advertising use.
Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser and leave the site at any time. Privacy rights depend on your location and the processing involved. For privacy inquiries, email admin@rcsintelligence.com. Do not send sensitive identity documents through the preview.
Updates
The effective date will change when this policy is revised. A separate, updated notice will be needed before introducing accounts, real uploads, mailing lists, analytics, payments, or customer-platform processing.
